Choose the roll format before the dimensions

Our customization range includes hand film, machine film, mini rolls and jumbo or master rolls made from virgin LLDPE. Choose the format around the work: manual pallet wrapping, a pallet wrapping machine, smaller bundling tasks or a rewinding operation. The format gives your specification a clear starting point.

For machine rolls, include the wrapper model, accepted core size, maximum roll diameter and permitted roll weight. For jumbo rolls, describe the converting equipment and intended finished rolls. For manual applications, explain how operators hold and dispense the film.

Specify width, thickness and roll quantity together

The customization page lists a thickness range of 4–35 μm, equivalent to 0.004–0.035 mm. It also lists widths of 3–200 cm across the full product range. These ranges cover the product portfolio. The available combination of width, thickness and roll size is confirmed for the selected hand, machine, mini or jumbo format.

When requesting custom size stretch film, state the thickness and width with units, then give the required length or net film weight per roll. If you need both a target length and a target weight, ask VISENPACK to confirm the proposed combination in the quotation. Keep paper-core weight separate from net film weight.

The following standard formats provide useful references when describing a different requirement:

Use the relevant format as a reference and identify what you want changed. For a custom order, ask VISENPACK to confirm which changes can be combined and the quantity required for that specification.

Describe film color and packing separately

Tell us the required film color and the purpose of the color choice, such as identifying different goods or packing lines. If matching a particular appearance matters, provide a reference for discussion and confirm the proposed color with the sample.

For mini rolls, specify film color and handle color separately. A request for “blue mini film,” for example, does not explain whether you want blue film, a blue handle or both. Separate fields make the request easier to quote.

For packing, state your preferred rolls per carton, carton markings and pallet arrangement. We review these details with the selected roll format and confirm the packing arrangement in the quotation. Include your quantity for each specification and the shipment destination.

Confirm a sample, then agree the production order

Samples can start from one roll. Ask for the sample specification, price, packing and arrangements to be confirmed separately. Keep the sample reference with the dimensions, color and roll format you approve so the production request refers to the same intended product.
